Source limits per plan

Each plan now comes with a set number of data sources, making it easier to understand what’s included in your plan. The limits are designed to comfortably support most customer setups.

Updated plan pricing

We’ve made a small adjustment to our pricing as part of this evolution. This allows us to continue investing in product improvements, performance, and reliability.

New Improvements

Nothing changes in how you use DashThis today. Your dashboards and core features remain the same, while the product continues to evolve with new features and improvements.

What is a source

A source is counted when a data account is actively connected to at least one dashboard. Each connected account (for example, a Google Analytics property or an ad account) counts as one source, no matter how many widgets use it.

You can review, manage, and remove your sources directly in the app to make sure only active and relevant sources are counted toward your plan.

If you’re within your plan’s source limit

If your current usage fits within your plan’s source limit, everything continues as usual.

No action required, your plan continues as usual
Your dashboards and reports work exactly the same
You can monitor your source usage anytime in the app for full visibility

What is a source?

A source is a connected data account used to populate your dashboards. Each unique data account counts as one source, regardless of how many dashboards or widgets use it. Examples include a Google Analytics property, a Google Ads account, or a Facebook Ads account.

How are sources counted?

A source is counted when a data account is actively connected to at least one dashboard. Each connected account (for example, a Google Analytics property or an ad account) counts as one source, no matter how many widgets use it. Archived or inactive sources do not count toward your limit.

When is a source billed?

A source is only billed when it is active and connected to a dashboard. If a source is archived or removed, it is no longer counted toward your plan’s source limit.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or change plans at any time as your needs evolve. If you reduce your number of sources, you may also be able to move back to a lower plan at your next renewal.

Where can I see how many sources I’m using?

In the integration section, at the top right of the page, you'll see a counter showing. Or, go to Plan & Billing in your account.

Under your current plan details, you’ll see:

The number of dashboards used
The number of sources used

How can I reduce my number of sources?

You can reduce your source count by archiving or removing sources that are no longer needed.
